• This week establish a daily time to pray. Aim to pray at least 5 out of the 7 days. Each day, read the Lord’s prayer in Matthew 6:9-13. Reflect on the meaning of each phrase as a means to shape how and what you pray for.

• Download the Lectio 365 App and follow the instructions to set up praying 3 times a day.

  You can set up reminders in the app and simply follow the prompts by reading or listening.
