Why Water Baptism?
Water baptism is a vital step in your journey to follow Jesus. Baptism is the outward sign of God’s work in you. When you choose to follow Jesus, He invites you to die to the past through repentance and experience a new life moving forward. Baptism symbolizes this death and resurrection in our lives. Baptism is to your salvation what a wedding is to marriage. Just as a wedding is the public celebration of the love and commitment of a man and woman, baptism is the public celebration of your love and commitment to Jesus.
